The House Project

Well its taken about 2 years and about 800 man hours to get the house sorted. We have rebuilt 5 rooms (ceilings, walls, floors, electrics, windows etc) given a major overhaul five other rooms as well as digging up 400 paving slabs and turning a concrete jungle into a country garden. Its been a hard slog but we've learnt to do almost any job ourselves. In the end need a bit of help from a JCB, plumber and plaster but we have done 90% of it ourselves. Just as its time for some well earned rest, we had Katherine, is that great timing or terrible timing I'm not sure.
